Could not initialize HTML5 browser

When consulting the visualizations in RapidMiner on Windows 7, I get this problem. 

Any idea?

Hi @erik_van_ingen

In your .RapidMiner folder, there should be a subfolder "internal cache/browser". There you should find some log files. Can you share them please? Either here or via PM

oof Windows 7? That does not sound promising. I would recommend turning off the new visualization interface in Preferences:

Using legacy chart did not solve the problem. Enclosed my internal cache/browser in a zip file. 

The problem might be related to the fact that I don't have admin account rights on my computer at work.
