"Market Place extension not working"

I'm trying to download Textprocessing operator from the marketplace but while clicking the marketplace nothing appears. I can notice some fast processing at the background which disappears within seconds. No error message is displayed. I have updated version of RapidMiner and even my Java is also updated in the system.

I tried downloading the text processing operator manually from rapidminer website but i dont know how to install it in my rapidminer studio.

Please help me to sort out this problem.

Hi @Ashutosh1 most likely you have a network firewall that is blocking RapidMiner from accessing the marketplace. If you share your rapidminer-studio.log from your .RapidMiner folder with me, I can help you confirm this (see this article to find the file: https://community.rapidminer.com/discussion/53848/rapidminer-studio-files-what-is-on-my-computer-and-where)

As for installing the extension manually, again go to your .RapidMiner folder and place that .jar file in the subfolder called "extensions".
