How to get the correlation coefficient for a large data set

I have a large data with 481 attributes and 23158 rows. Can i use rapidminer to get the important variables?will it give correlation for all the variables?

You may start with CORRELATION MATRIX and WEIGHT BY CORRELATION operators, both are pretty straightforward for your purpose. However, it also depends on type of variables you have in your dataset. Consider this threads also:
