Extract entities with Rosette for Rapidminer

Hi everybody, 
I am trying to extract entities with the Rosette extension for Rapidminer, however, it does not really work and I can't seem to find help on it in the community.

Basically, I have a document (CSV) with data I scraped before. From the document I want to extract the entities. I used the operators "Read document" --> "Documents to data" --> "Tokenize" --> "Extract Entities". When I run it I always get an error message saying "Process failed. Couldn't retrieve data for input text 'null' Error: null".

Could someone explain to me what this means and how I can fix it?

hi @Sandra_02 can you please share with us your process (see this thread on how to do this) and your CSV? It's most helpful to just try to walk through your steps.
