"Unable to add extensions"

I am trying to add extensions to rapid miner. Every time I try, it says cannot connect to marketplace. When I click show details, a bunch of letters/numbers come up.

Can you go through the below thread and see if the solutions help. Try to check the proxy settings given at the end of this thread.
