Error in FluxMotor tests

Hi,

I just downloaded FluxMotor and even though I can edit any parameter of the motor, the tests cannot be performed. The error shows the following.

The test Characterization, Datasheet, Motor, Current-Voltage failed due to the following problem:
Cause : Unknown error
Type : Unknown

Ticket Number : #100.18.11 #100.18.10 #100.18.1 #100.18.39

Another person in the forum had the same error, and the answer was that a distance was too narrow, but it does not seem to be the case here.

Attached you can find the zip file generated by the test. I would appreciate it if some could help me out with this, because I cannot improve the design if I cannot simulate it.

In your case the problme come from the fact when you run test in FluxMotor we can't start Flux (in some test we need to run Flux):

Anomaly (1) - Fatal error:
Flux2D : The application was not able to start.

C:\Program Files\Altair\2020\AltairFluxMotor2020.1\Third_party\flux\Flux\Bin\dll\win64\flux_project.dll: El sistema operativo no puede ejecutar %1

I will check with our R&D team.

As said in my previous email, the problem in your case come from the fact FluxMotor can’t launch Flux. Generally, this problem appeared when the windows version is incomplete.

Here is the attached procedure for testing this.

Some additional comments:

Which version of windows you use
Apply the procedure described in the attached document
Send us the two files generated during the procedure to analyze
Click on the [OK] button if a dialog box blocks during the process with the following message:

“Dependency Walker with “Errors were detected when processing… see the log windows for details.” [OKAY]”

In first sorry for the delay. As mentioned in my previous email the problem come from the version of windows that you use. the dlls are different from the one used by Flux.

you need to delete the dll:

C:\windows\system32\LIBIFCOREMD.dll
C:\windows\system32\LIBIFPORTMD.dll
C:\windows\system32\LIBIMMD.dll
