I am currently using motion solve to simulate the motion of the harmonic reducer.
At present, the external rigid wheel is fixed with a fixed joint, and the wave generator is disassembled into two parts, because the process of the wave generator supporting the flexible wheel is to use translation Joints are used to simulate the stretching process.
The current problem is that when the rigid spline and the flexible spline are in contact, the rigid spline cannot generate contact stress, and when the rigid spline and the flexible spline are in contact, the teeth will penetrate.
