Hi @grusha,

Can you elaborate more? With RapidMiner:

• Use the Read CSV operator to read the CSV file.
• Connect it to the Execute Python operator (from the Python Extension) to get the CSV contents as pandas dataframe.
• Inside the Execute Python operator, write your Python code.
• Don't forget that your Python code must deliver a pandas DataFrame too.
• Do what you want with your code. 

Then you can use the Execute Python code with RapidMiner to do what you need.
