"Error while loading from location '//Local Repository/xy': no proccess entry"

I've got an .rmp file i want to open. I put it in the local repository folder, and when i want to open it I get an error message. "Error while loading from location '//Local Repository/xy': no proccess entry" what did I do the wrong way, could anyone help me?
