Dear Team,

we are converting .inp file to .fem file. Using Altair Hyperworks 2022 version we have modeled by using abaqus userprofile and the same abaqus model file we are converting from abaqus .inp file to  optistruct .fem solver file. once we give for job submission the simulation show error like Maximum number of time increment cutbacks reached,   analysis aborted.

i have attached .hm file which is modeled using abaqus user profile and .odb file is attached FYR for crosschecking the results with Altair OS _FEA will be helpful for us.

i have done multiple iterations but unable to get the solution, i kindly request the team to support me on this requirement.

Regards,

Karthik

    Hi Karthik,

Is the material fully stable? Could you try using MOOR with nu=0.499 (or so)?
It looks like even for Abaqus the results are not so good. Maybe be worth to use ate least 4 element layers for the rubber as well.
Could you please create a ticket? So we will work on it with you.
    Thank you very much,
