Error with STL import

I am trying to import a .stl file in Hyperworks 2022 but whenever I import it nothing shows up. I've tried to import a few different .stl files but none of the objects show up after being imported. The .stl files are of 3D scanned objects with complex geometries which I'm guessing is contributing to the problem. Is there anyway for me to fix or work around this problem to import the .stl files for meshing. (Note: I'm importing the files one at a time, not together.)
