Help for Model Building

Hi All,

 

I am a student and extremely new to Data Analytics world. I am working on a University project for which I am tough time figuring out the modelling and statistics, as I dont have a background in either!!

 

Can someone please help or point me in right direction in how best to go about it and opotimize the same?

Problem statement:

It is believed that ICT infrastructure leads to enhanced data-information-knowledge application, sharing, and co-creation.  The logical consequence of this  is socio-economic growth and development.  Analyse to what extent this is the case for your country of analysis.

I am not sure what needs to be done here as this is tad difficult. But the data is world bank Development Index which is published freely. I need some help as what to do so i can try and explore in right direction.
