The one you sent me does not work, I tried opening it on Firefox, Chrome, Edge and neither work!! Help me please :(

    Hi,

    We have sent alternative download links as a pdf, 

    There are cases where when you click on the download links in the email, one would just see a tab open and the exe does not download (in Google Chrome), in such cases

    • You should copy (right click on link and copy link) and paste the download links in a different browser (like edge or firefox) and click go
    • You should open the email in a different browser (if using gmail or yahoo for instance in a browser) and click on the links in the email there
