Need to know Java Application while integrating with my own application

Hello,
    I want to know about Java Application that I can use to integrate with rapid miner.
    I have tried Netbeans and Eclipse also. but some how can not get output.
    I know about AGPL3 license. so Eclipse can use with it? or any other software that has AGPL3 license.

Please provide me help as soon as possible
