The license is not active.

I completed the license setting by referring to the pdf and YouTube video I received. However, I can see the log as below and they say I can't activate it.

Please let me know how to solve it.

Hi,

Kindly follow the steps below to download Inspire from the Altair One Marketplace.

1. Visit Altair One Marketplace - https://altairone.com/Marketplace (Sign In using your official university email ID). Navigate to the Student Edition Bundle.
2. Click on Inspire.
3. Go to the download tab.
4. Click on the download icon to start the download of the .exe file (please refer to the image below).

NOTE: Do not click on the "Try and Buy" option. Go to the download tab (as shown in the image below) and click on the download icon to download the required software.

NOTE: Follow the steps mentioned on this webpage - https://web.altair.com/altair-student-edition?utm_source=&utm_medium=&utm_campaign=&utm_content=&utm_term= to generate the student license key, download and install the software, and activate the license key.

There is a new process to activate the student license without using the lic.dat file. Please follow the instructions given on this webpage - https://web.altair.com/altair-student-edition?utm_source=&utm_medium=&utm_campaign=&utm_content=&utm_term= to generate the student license key on the AltairOne marketplace.
