Lattice Structure Type
Hı I am trying lattice structure optimizatons. Actually I can do it.
I want to change lattice types such as 1,2,3,4 and than results compare but I dont have any difference.
If you know solution for this problem, can you help me?
Thank you

Hi @Busra ASlan
So you are changing the lattice type from 1 to 4. But you don't see any change in results...
Is it in structure or FE results you don't see any change?

Thanks @Prakash Pagadala
Actually I want to see in FE results, but also if it is possible I want to see in structure

Hi,
I ran a sample model, I can see changes in structure.

Thank you for helping.
I am sharing my files for type 1,2,3,4. I think I made a mistake but I did not find it.
Maybe you can help me.

thank you.
I will check and update you soon. Since you are interested in the results, I will try to post the results ASAP!!

HI,
I tried on a test model and I see the difference in structure and results as well. But this is not happening in your case and the reason I think is of the design envelope.
I will write to Dev team about this for a better explanation. I am attaching a PPT with my test model.

Thank you @Prakash Pagadala
I will be waiting for your news. I hope so, my model results can be similar to your model

Hi,
Yeah, so tetra elements take only one type. Whereas Hexa elements are compatible for all types of the lattice.

Thank you @Prakash Pagadala
I tried to make a hexa element using 3D-solid-map for mesh structure. And then I got a solution for 1,2,3 types but the analysis results are zero for 4 is a solution.
Can you help me?

Can you share the .out file for the type 4 lattice optimization?

Hi @Busra ASlan
Looks like after optimization loads are not connected to any elements. Can you please check the same and update the loads?
