Export info to excel or open office

Hello,

Could you please take me step by step on how to export data from rapidminer to excel? I have been able to export the PDF files but not spreadsheet data! Please help!

I am using RapidMiner via a virtual desktop supplied by my university.

I exported info google drive in PDF.

Please help.

Have you tried connecting the Write Excel operator into your process anywhere? 
(Let's say, between the line going from your last operator to your result port?)
