MESSAGE ID : 205 ** RUN KILLED: ENERGY ERROR LIMIT REACHED
Hello everyone,
i am running non linear explicit problem during the solving kinetic energy getting very high and due to this simulation getting killed.
i am not able to understand why energy increasing because i am running the simulation without any warning or error but simulation got killed. outfile is attached here for detailed
the detailed message in below please advise the solution.

if you use a fixed timestep, then the solver will try to add mass to certain nodes to keep the timestep fixed.
If you loook at your out file, it shows these nodes addind a loooooot of mass.
Usually this is related to some extreme distortions in your mesh, where the characteristic length of the element is getting too small, thus the timetep goes very low, forcing the solver to increase the mass to compensate and then the kin energy rises too.
Take a look at these nodes below at this particular timestep, and try to figure out why are they being so distorted.
It there is excessive distortion you might need to add some control over it, maybe adding some failure model, or some other way to remove this element from the model.
