Type 7 interfaces not working

Hi, I got Type 7 interfaces between parts. 

- No initial penetration or intersection. 

But some parts are passing through other parts. And some are ok. Why? Here my setup for type 7. 

I tried Type 11 with the same parameters, but still the same problem.

I can share the model, but in a secured folder.
