Could anybody help me with clustering?
Hello everyone. I watched many tutorials but still can not solve the problem:
I have a Word File (i mean .txt) with 4 blocks or columns (Query_ID day month query). This file contains Call Center Reports. And I have to do Clustering of it.
So what I did:
1) I saved the Text File in MS Office Excel as file.xlsx, then imported it to RapidMiner without to change something (just allways pushed the "next" button).
2)I created process like on the first picture (on the second picture are the parameters wich I used)
3)If I push play it works, but I am not sure that is right and my most important problem- how to put clustering attribute? Maybe between "join" and "generate attribute"
I'll be grateful for any advices
