Hi,

I'm new to RapidMiner and I am having problems installing extensions,

When I try to use MarketPlace, a dialogue box appears asking me to enter the Username and Password for http://rapidupdate.de:80/UpdateServer.

I do not know that the Username and Password should be. I tried the username and password I used to register but that's obviously no what it is asking me for.

Does anyone know what the username and password should be?

I cannot find this information in any of the other posts on this site.

Hi,

you seem to have either an old version of RapidMiner, or you have settings defined from an older version. Current version of RapidMiner is 5.3.9. If updating does not help/you are using the latest version, please go to "Tools" -> "Preferences" -> "Update" and change the "rapidminer.update.url" to "http://marketplace.rapid-i.com:80/UpdateServer" and try again after restarting RapidMiner.
