How to preserve comments in an Optistruct solver include file.

For Optistruct solves where the .fem files refers to a number of INCLUDE files, I want to preserve any comments ($ then some text) in any include file. The scenarios would be when that INCLUDE file is read and written out either on it's own in an HM session, or when the INCLUDE is read as part of a whole model and the written out.

There is an $HMBEGINDOC .... $HMENDDOC, but that seems to work only once per .fem file.
