My suggestion is that you have used the beta version of the marketplace which used another port than the final version is using now. We have bind the marketplace to the old port again, so it should working now if this was the issue.
However, check the preferences (Tools => Preferences ... => Update) for the update URL and change it to "
http://marketplace.rapid-i.com:80/UpdateServer
" to avoid issues in the future.
