"Need to do sentiment analysis using an excel file"

Hello,
I am trying to create a Linear SVM model using a single Excel sheet and a process documents operator. But the wordlist output of Process document operator appears distorted. I am not able to understand why and id like to know if there is any way or and alternate solution to do this.
