increase of memory of rapid miner

Hy all i need desperate some help with rapid miner.I have an incredible database of 100000+ links with content to text mining and i get blocked by the error that my computer has insufficient memory.i have tried to change the values in the gui file from the script but has no effect .I have i good laptop with dual core proccesor and 4 gb ram  and can't seem to be able to process the database it always stop at read database and gives me the error.
