"[SOLVED] Downloading Extension Guide fails"

Hi Officials,
I've already sent an email to your contact address. I've tried to download the "Extension Guide" for RM from the link stated at http://rapid-i.com/content/view/36/209/ but unfortunately. The "product" cannot be found.
