Select a list of Attributes

Hi everybody ,

I have a list of attribute names as an example set , and I have another data source which I want to choose a subset of its features (these feature names are those listed in the first exampleset I mentioned) ,

Which operation should I use ?

Hi,

you could loop the values of the example set containing the attribute values with Loop Values and assemble a regular expression from the names, which you can then use in combination with Select Attributes to select the desired attributes.
This will include some macro-processing with Set Macro.
