problem with student lisence

Hello 

I have issue with altair student edition license. in this link: https://47251.fs1.hubspotusercontent-na1.net/hubfs/47251/ASE_Process_A1_GAP/Step2_Obtain_your_Student_License_Key.pdf

the insruction was to enter to "marketplace" in my personal area, and than click on "e "Student Editon License" section. as showd here : 

 

but in my personal market place, there is no section of  "Student Editon License" or " "Student Editon Bundle". here is screenshot from my personal marketplace: 

 

 

the srange issue, is that the section "Student Editon Bundle" is showen for 1 second and than dissapear, as you can see in the screenshot. did any one face this issue? or somone has any idea how can I solve it and get license?

    Hi,

    You will only be able to access the Student Edition Bundle on Altair One Marketplace after your account is verified, which might take 2-3 days. Once your account is verified, you will receive an email, and then you will be able to access the student edition bundle.
