I active AltairWorks student edition but not work. please let me know how to get start?. there is no axes and I can not press icons.

Apologies for the delay, please close the application, delete settings files as described here - https://community.altair.com/community?id=community_question&sys_id=044688761b2bd0908017dc61ec4bcb69 and then restart the application,

Please ensure your graphics card and driver in use are supported by HyperWorks, the supported graphics card information is available in the Altair one market place , in the documents section when you click on a product in the market place.
