S-Pad error - "pscisc.ndx not found"

Hi, 

After installing S-Pad from the available software under my account, it displays a pop-up when I open the installed software and reads as shownimage

I tried installing the 2023 version and that gives the same error as well. Help is much appreciated.

    In order to investigate further, would you be so kind to share with us the .ini file under the S-FRAME Software\S-FRAME Product Suite 2023\S-PAD folder?

    How was this issue fixed? I am having the same error pop up as well when trying to download S-Pad.

    Hi, 

    I did a full and clean re-install after removing the older version. In my case it was the 2022 version that I removed and also deleted the "SPAD.ini" file before installing the 2023 version. 

    The path where this file resides is - 

    "C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\S-Frame Software"

    The AppData folder might be in a hidden state most of the times so you might want to unhide the folders and then search and delete the ".ini" file and do a re-install.
