"Using Predict Series operator"

Not able to figure out what should be the input format for this operator.

I have a sample data in below format in CSV file, and am using "Read CSV" operator.

Which error message do you get?

Did you specify a label? Is it numerical? Did you configure an inner learner which supports regression tasks?
