1) Hi, I want to plot a Stress/Strain curve for a component in Hypergraph. I perform Linear Static Analysis in Hypermesh and then I want curve for that.

2) How to plot S-N curve for a component for a Fatigue Analysis case? Or any other curve which I can plot for Fatigue case?

Please help. Thanks and regards.

    Hi,

    1) linear analysis assume linear behavior on your model, thus everything is always linear, following Hook's law. Stress = E* Strain

If you calculate strain, you have the Stress by multiplying by E.

    2) S-N curve is an input for fatigue analysis. I like to use the curve plot in HyperLife to get a nice plot of the curve, given some parameters.

Hi Adriano, thanks for your response. Please tell me which type of curve can I plot for the fatigue analysis cases? And how to plot curve in hyoerlife? Thanks and regards.

in HL you will get the basic SN or EN material curves there. Just go through the basic tutorials in the software and you will be able to check the curves.
