Missing Data Not actually missing

My goal to to predict some plant data based on 15 nominal class(yes=1, no= -1, no response= 0)...I convert these to numerical because i want to use a SVM...


However my 'label' variable is numeric (1.25-50.23) and there is clearly NO MISSING DATA, before i import it as well as do a missing value replenishment (with anything, mean, maximum, zero)....nothing seems to be working!

Any help?
