Can we do fatigue analysis in the same fashion for rubber materials as defined in the tutorial of optistruct?
What extra care should I take?

What material properties do you have?
If you have only E, RHo and G values, you can follow the same tutorial procedure.
But if you want to include material non linearity you may have to force OptiStruct to run models with fatigue parameters using ANALYSIS>>CONTROL CARDS>> PARAM>>NLFAT >> YES which works with non linear quasi static analysis.

@Merula - I am using the tutorials given in Hyperworks tutorials by Altair.
@Prakash - I have basic properties such as E, Rho, nu, G along with stress strain curve.
