"Problem with Updating Extensions"

Hi,

I am trying to update the extensions in RapidMiner 5 but am not able to. The error I get is "Cannot contact update server" & "Failed to access the WDSL at" & the update server address. I am accessing this through an enterprise firewall and have the required permissions for my ID. Can someone please help me with this?
