I need Licence Key for my new request

I will use altair programs for my graduation thesis so I need the program immediately. However, I entered the wrong host IP in the license request I sent about 1 month ago. On December 16 and 2 days ago, I requested a download link again, but I didn't received any response. Also, although I wrote to the community last week, I did not get a response. I need the license key on the host ID I just requested.

RapidMiner is not currently included in the student edition package. However, it will be added to the Altair's student edition software suite soon.

Can you let me know whether you are using a student license or a university provided license or a commercial license?
