Write a new splitting criterion in Decision Tree Operator

Hi all,

I would like to create my own splitting criterion in RapidMiner and use it in decision tree operator. I know I should use setParameter("criterion", "splitting method"), but I don't know how to make my criterion recognize by decision tree operator. Anyone can provide me the hint or available tutorial?

is the problem, that the new criterion isn't selectable in the gui?
