How to deactivate a license from a device without having the software?

I have a new device and I wanted to use it for studying, since I no longer have the old one. I installed the necessary programs again, but when I try to enter the license, I get an error saying that the license is already in use on another device. Now, I don't know how to deactivate the license from the previous device since I no longer have it. Thanks.

Hi Femrin,

Your license has been deactivated from your old laptop. You should now be able to activate your student license on your new laptop. Please let me know if that works for you.
