why I do not have have license?

I want to inform that I am part of the Universidad de La Sabana, nevertheless, I do not have the corresponding licenses for the use of the different applications, which the university has.

    The IT admin at your university should have the relevant information regarding your campus license. Pls reach out to them for assistance.
