Installanywhere manages to load to 100% when opening the .exe file for Inspire installer, but instantly shows the error message attached to this post. I have a student license, and have tried to install Inspire with both versions of 2024.1 given in the marketplace, 2024, and also 2023 versions without any success. Online searching has not yielded any relevant results. I am at a loss of what I am supposed to do, any help would be wonderful.

My computer is Windows 11 64bit with all the resent updates.

    Hello Anni,

Did you run the installer as Administrator?

As a start, please check the integrity of the installer you downloaded by fo9llowing the instructions in the following article: https://community.altair.com/community/en/checking-a-downloaded-installer-versions-2023-x-and-older?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0117361

The full string must match the one available in the Marketplace. If they don't mathc, then there is a problem with the installer.

Also, please make sure that your Graphics Card has the latest drivers available. Even if they are, it is also recommended to reinstall them by performing a "clean installation". While following the installation process, choose the Advanced installation and then enable the Perform a Clean installation option. AMD graphics will have a similar alternative.

Once both of these have been confirmed to be OK, please run the installer as Administrator and wait for it to conclude. During the process please check for any warnings or errors.

Once the installation is complete, please try launching the application by double clicking the shortcut. If you see the same error, could you try (right click) Run as Administrator?

    I hope this helps.
