"How to calculate additional performance measures"

Hello all,
My data mining knowledge is newbie.  I would like to calculate a number of additional performance measures for regression and/or classification experiments.  Specifically:
Residual Standard Deviation
R-Squared
Mean Absolute Deviation

Is it possible to calculate these from the measures that RapidMiner already reports?  Such as those reported by the RegressionPerformance operator?

how do these performance measures work? I'm not sure if I got the correct meaning from their names...
