Is it possible to use a lattice structure in a large dimension?

Hi
As you can see in the picture, I want to optimize the weight of a wind turbine rotor using topology optimization. As a suggestion, I try to optimize the center ring with a lattice structure and the second yellow ring with a normal topology optimization. Now I come to a question:
Is it possible to first produce a lattice structure in small dimensions and then continue the production with an additive process in this scale. Is there a special technology for this?
