Unable to do Linear structural analysis in sim solid ,as the error shows that unable to solve equation system (pass1 , status 18 ) , it shows that structure is not sufficiently constrained , but I give immovable supports to all the wheel rims which have been mentioned in my problem statement.

what about your connections? are all parts connected through contacts or some other connections? maybe some "flying part"

Try checking for disconnected groups, as well, or running a modal analysis first.
