Hi,
these are the .fem files of the article model. Regarding the other topic I don't have any paper. Equations that show how to compute the added mass matrix of the fluid are derived from the application of the Laplace equation. You can check the attached docx for verify the analogy.
Anyway, Mfluid is an established method that other solvers implement as well.
