How to Reach the Altair Support Team

Login to Altair One: https://altairone.com/Dashboard and click on the nine dots on the top left. Click on the "Community & Support" option.

If you are a user accessing the community for the first time, you need to configure your preferred multifactor authentication method. You can set up more than one authentication method if needed.

After completing the authentication process, you will be redirected to the Altair Community tab.

Within the Altair Community tab, click on "Contact Support" or "Create a Case." Fill in the required details for your support request.

Once you've filled in the necessary information, submit the ticket.
