Variable Time Step Intro

This tutorial video introduces the new variable time step that is available with PSIM version 12 and higher. The video highlights how the variable timestep allows for a faster simulation without reducing the simulation fidelity. The smaller step size is only used at the switch transition points while a coarse step is used between transitions.
