When users launch Altair Hyperview 2022.3 on Citrix VDI, they receive above warning message. They can close the popup and work. What could be wrong? How to remediate this warning message.
there's not much to do.
The graphic card is not officially supported for HV. This doesn't mean it cannot be used nor that it won't work properly.
It just means there's no official support for it.
