How can I remove expired tags in LM?

1. Delete the configuration file under Admin > Monitors for that tag.
2. Delete the PJ. Go to Admin > Tasks. Find the tag you want to remove, click on its name. Then in the upper right, you should see a trash can. That will delete the job.
3. Run a vovproject sanity to update the server
