How can I get inspire to start?

Hi,

I am having trouble getting Inspire Studio to run on my PC. I have a Surface Book 3. I have installed the software and downloaded the license file per the installation instructions given to me. When I open inspire, it just shuts down a second after opening.

you might want to check if your installation package is ok, by comparing the checksum.

Checksum is a unique code, and if your checksum is equal to the expected one (usually supplied with the installer), then your installer is ok. Sometimes installation got corrupted.

Other things to check is if maybe some antivirus is blocking Inspire launch. If yes, you need to add Inspire to your safe list.
