How to solve Error for BLAS/LAPACK subprogram DGEBAL in parameter number 3.

The model is a venturi, and at the beginning the errors were easy to solve as the are errors of type "ERROR 723",  but now I get that error message, which I do not know how to solve. If it helps, if instead of analysing, I choose just to check, the checking is done completely without any error. Thanks in advance for helping!
